Reframe Your Self Talk

As I’m writing my book, every now and then I hear the voices in my head tell me something negative.

“No one is going to read or buy my book.” “I can’t have any typos.”

For you it could be, “I shouldn’t apply for that job.” “I can’t win that bid.”

When I hear these voices creep in, I try to stop them in their tracks. Owning this negative self-talk is bad for my book writing! Instead, I reframe the thoughts by placing ownness on the voices in my head and focusing on what I know is true.
